The Special Criminal Court yesterday fixed November 13th for the trial of a Dublin man on an IRA membership charge.

Mr Anthony Duncan (26), unemployed, from Kippure Park, Finglas, is charged with IRA membership on April 12th.

He was arrested in Dublin last April and brought to the Dublin District Court on an extradition warrant. But the application failed after the State admitted the documentation was "fundamentally flawed" and Mr Duncan was freed before his rearrest on an IRA membership charge.

Mr Duncan was remanded in custody until November 13th.
