Frank are taking European players' union FIFPro to court over the use of their image in the FIFA 2001 computer game.

The football simulation, which is published by Electronic Arts (EA) and features the players' names and images, is the best selling computer game in the world.

The de Boer brothers' agent Rob Cohen insists that FIFPro, who endorse the game, sold their image rights without permission.

If successful, the case, set to be heard in the Hague on February 6th, could cost American company EA dear as the game features players from 17 national leagues and 48 international teams.
