A brain haemmorhage said to have been inflicted when the prosecution claimed Ms Woodward shook and battered him in a rage, had been caused three to four weeks earlier, Dr Alisa Gean, author of a text book on severe impact injuries, told the court in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
