The driver was dropping off newspapers at a local shop in Church Brae when he heard a bang. He saw a blaze on the ground and a man attempting to light a second device from the flames of the first.

A PSNI spokeswoman said: "The driver got in the lorry and drove off. As he was doing so, the attacker ran alongside the vehicle and threw the second device, striking the lorry's wing mirror."
