A man is being treated in hospital after he was shot in the ankles in Co Derry last night.
The man (26) was shot in his ankles in front of his wife and two daughters at his home in Kilrae, Co Derry.
A spokesman for the Police Service of Northern Ireland said four attackers entered the man’s home at about 8.15 p.m.
Three of them were armed with iron bars, and another was armed with a handgun. One of the men struck the victim over the head before shooting him.
