Warrington - English police yesterday renewed an appeal for the public's help after results from DNA samples linked three rape attacks. West Yorkshire and Cheshire police said the rapist, who has struck three times in three years, was likely to attack again.

In his first attack in August 1995, the man assaulted a 39-year-old married woman in a car-park in the centre of Warrington. Almost exactly a year later, he raped an 18-year-old woman also in Warrington. Last July, he dragged a 29-year-old woman on to waste ground at Bingley, near Bradford, west Yorkshire, and raped her.
