A judge has directed a doctor should appear in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court concerning a medical certificate issued to a witness in a fraud case which had to be adjourned. Judge Kelly directed the doctor come to the court on Thursday, November 20th, and explain "why he is allowing improperly filled out certificates to be used in this manner".
The judge issued bench warrants for the arrest of the witness in the fraud case and for a witness in another case which also had to be postponed due to absence.
