Ankara - Negotiations for a three-party coalition led by Turkish Prime Minister Mr Bulent Ecevit have concluded, opening the way for a government to be set up today. Discussions began on Monday, after Mr Ecevit's coalition offer was accepted by the Nationalist Action Party (MHP), led by Mr Devlet Bahceli and the Motherland Party (ANAP), led by Mr Mesut Yilmaz.
