Parents caught in the childcare morass will find some solace in a new series of guidelines due out from Barnardos this summer. A Parents Guide to Choosing Quality Daycare explains the meaning of quality in terms of the childcare regulations, and outlines areas of consideration for parents choosing daycare. Barnardos is also publishing guidelines on the childcare regulations for parents and a number of booklets for childcare providers.
