The CAO made just 2,901 second round offers for college places on Thursday August 27th at 6am (1,545 for level 8 honours degrees, 1,581 level 7/6 certificate/ordinary degree courses). Very few programmes saw drops in points. A total of 61,308 people have now received a CAO offer since early July. The full list of points cut-offs at round one, and changes in points for round two, are here, as well as the numbers of places on courses in 2014.
