Cork RTC - electronic engineering 350*. WIT - electronics 315. UCG has introduced a new degree in electronic and computer engineering.

Electronic engineering degrees are also offered through the common entry engineering programmes in UCD (465 points) and TCD (415 points). UCG is introducing a new common entry degree in 1998. (* random selection).

Certs and diplomas:

All RTCs, WIT and DIT offer electronic engineering at certificate and/or diploma level. Some offer electronics combined with telecommunications and mechanical engineering.

PLC courses: A number of PLC colleges offer courses in electronics and related areas. Check with your local VEC or PLC college.
