The Pfizer Science Bus, which is set to visit primary schools and allow students to climb on board and become scientists for a day, was officially launched yesterday. Those who visit the bus will be encouraged to carry out experiments. They will be able to use lemon powder to create electricity and find out how Smarties get their colour. Students aged between nine and 12 years old will be welcome on board the bus, which is based at DCU at the Centre for Talented Youth in Ireland. For more information about the bus contact the ICTU at (01) 704 5090.
