If you have your heart set on either radiography or physiotherapy as a career and are dismayed by the small number of places on offer in the Republic, you may be wise to investigate opportunities in Britain and Northern Ireland. However, although quite a number of British colleges offer these courses, it may be only marginally easier to get in.

Both radiography and physiotherapy are extremely popular in Britain and competition is intense. Still, you may find that, if you narrowly miss a place here, you could qualify for a place in Britain or Northern Ireland.
