Readers who wish to hear answers from the site will need to download RealPlayer software in advance. This free software can be downloaded from the RealNetworks site at www.real.com
Once on the RealNetworks site, click on the free RealPlayer 7 link. On the following page, click on the RealPlayer 7 Basic link where you should first check that your system satisfied the minimum requirements of this version.
Once you are ready to download, fill out the form including details about your operating systems and modem connection speed. Choose one download time option on the next page and, finally, choose a location near you to start the process.
When prompted, choose to save the program to disk and find the area of your hard drive where you want to store it. When the download is complete, choose the Run option in your Start menu and find the file again. This will begin the Setup process.
