Egypt has released Ayman Nour, an opposition leader who has been in detention since the end of January.
Egyptian public prosecutor, Mr Maher Abdel-Wahed, told a news conference that Nour and five others were released on bail of 10,000 Egyptian pounds (€1,280) each.
The men were in custody in connection with a case that involves allegations Nour's Ghad party forged documents when it applied for state recognition.
