Eight men are appearing before a sitting of the Special Criminal Court tonight charged with offences in connection with the discovery of a suspected Continuity IRA training camp in Co Waterford over the weekend.
Six of the men are facing charges of unlawful membership of an illegal organisation while two others are to be charged with firearm offences.
They eight were arrested after the discovery of arms and ammunition in a forest at Knocknaree close to the Comeragh Mountains on Sunday.
