The eleven people injured in two separate road accidents in County Clare yesterday evening have been discharged from hospital.
The first accident occurred when two cars were involved in a collision, shortly before 5 p.m. on the Kilnaboy to Kilfenora road at Roughan. It is understood that one of the vehicles was carrying a group of French tourists.
The second accident happened when the car in which three people were travelling in, lost control and overturned. It took place on the Fanore road near Lisdoonvarna in the North of the county at around 6 p.m.
All of the injured were treated at Ennis General hospital.
