Everton have had a Stg£3.25million bid for Anderlecht striker Tomasz Radzinski rejected, according to the Belgian champions.
The Toffees had hoped to bring in the 27-year-old Canada international as a replacement for Francis Jeffers, who made a Stg£10million move to Arsenal last week.
But Anderlecht spokesman Jean Docx told The Sun: "The offer was not good enough and we have rejected it.
"We don't want to sell but we will wait and see. If there is a good enough offer we will talk."
