Athens - The captain of a Greek ferry which sank four days after the Express Samena disaster, leaving one US tourist dead, was charged with involuntary manslaughter, legal sources said yesterday. The captain of the Zeus III, Mr Ioannis Voliotis, was accused of causing the wreck, violating navigation rules and involuntary manslaughter.
