Dublin-based banking and insurance software company Fineos has won a €21.3 million contract with the state body responsible for administering New Zealand's accident compensation scheme.
Under the terms of the deal, Fineos will provide its Claims Manager software to the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC).
The deal covers licences, services and support over a five-year period and is part of a larger €65.7 million technology overhaul of the state body, which also includes testing, training staff and integrating Fineos's software with ACC's other software.
The new software will be used by about 1300 of ACC's 2000 staff.
