Explosions rocked a commuter train in southern Russia this morning, killing at least five people, officials said.
There were varying reports on the casualty toll, but a spokesman for President Vladimir Putin's envoy to southern Russia, said five people died and another 20 were wounded when two bombs exploded in one of the cars, the Interfax news agency reported.
Russia has been shaken by continuous bombings and other attacks recently, which the government usually has blamed on the Chechen rebels.
