Flooding has caused severe disruption in one of Belfast's largest hospitals, the Royal Victoria. Many clinics and procedures have been cancelled and records have been threatened.
A burst water main was discovered on the eighth floor of the outpatients' building of the west Belfast hospital yesterday morning.
The cause of the incident is unclear but damage is understood to be extensive, from the eighth floor down to the third floor of the building.
Outpatient appointments were severely affected, with surgical, orthopaedic and eye appointments being cancelled for the day.

Casualty services, however, have not been affected.
The full extent and cost of the damage is not expected to be known until today.
