Mexico City - Opposition lawmakers slammed Mexican President Vicente Fox yesterday, saying a taped exchange with President Fidel Castro proved him a liar. Mr Castro played a tape in which Mr Fox urged the veteran Cuban leader to cut short a March visit to Mexico for a UN aid summit so that he would not be there at the same time as President Bush.
