London - British police investigating the murder of the schoolgirl Sarah Payne issued a fresh call for information yesterday. Detectives told viewers of the BBC's Crimewatch programme that the reward for helping to find the killer had risen by £30,000 to £150,000.
Eight-year-old Sarah was abducted from farmland close to her grandparents' home near Littlehampton, West Sussex, on July 1st.
