GAA:Some of the country's finest up-and-coming GAA footballers and hurlers will gather in Dublin for the Ulster Bank Rising Star Awards.
Players were selected from the 2011 Higher Education GAA Championships and will be presented with the awards by GAA president Christy Cooney at a reception held in Ulster Bank’s Headquarters in Dublin tonight.
"We are delighted that the Rising Stars Awards Scheme has become one of such high regard within the Association,” said Cooney. “The awards themselves are taken as a real honour by the players who receive them.”
