Gardaí arrested eleven people in Dundalk, Co Louth, last night who were believed to have entered the country illegally.
The arrests of the Czech nationals were made when a bus was stopped outside of Dundalk on the Belfast to Dublin road at 10 p.m. last night. They are being held on suspicion of entering the country with false documentation.
