A young woman is today recovering in hospital after she was assaulted in Dublin city centre yesterday evening.
The 21-year-old student was attacked by two youths on Lime Street shortly after 7 p.m.
She is understood to have suffered a number of injuries about the head and face.
She was taken to St Vincent's Hospital where her condition was today described as comfortable.

The woman had been sitting exams yesterday and had gone out with friends. She was en route to a friend's apartment on Lime Street when the incident occurred.
Gardaí are examining CCTV footage and will be interviewing witness later in the day. Anyone with any information should contact the Gardaí at Pearse Street.
