Gardaí in Cork are investigating the discovery of a man's body in what are believed to be suspicious circumstances.
The body of the man, who is in his 60s according to gardai, was discovered shortly after noon at the house at Shournagh Lawn in Togher.
A Garda spokeswoman said the assistant State pathologist Dr Margaret Bolster will perform a post mortem on the man's body at Cork University Hospital this evening.
