Gardai have named the motorcyclist who died in a single-vehicle crash outside Carlow town early yesterday as Mr Joseph Roche (35), of Ballybannon, Milford, Carlow.
The accident happened at Bullock Park, Carlow, at approximately 2.30 a.m. yesterday.
