Gardaí have renewed their appeal for information to help identify the body of a woman found in Galway city yesterday.
The body of a woman, aged between 40 to 50 years, was found close to the cathedral at University Road shortly after 9 a.m. A garda spokesman said no foul play is suspected.
The woman was described as being 5ft 7ins with short brown permed hair. She was wearing a long black sleeved top, black tracksuit bottoms and brown runners.
