Gardaí said today they would not be releasing details of interviews being conducted in the wake of Monday's bus crash in Co Meath.
It was reported earlier today that gardai expected to interview the bus driver today after he was released from hospital last night.
But a Garda spokeswoman said: "When we interview the drivers or any other person in relation to this investigation the contents of them will not be confirmed to the media."
"We want to be fair to everybody," she added.

Eight passengers remained in hospital today in Navan and in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in nearby Drogheda, Co Louth.
