MANNHEIM - A toxic, chemical cloud that spread from a German plant after an industrial accident yesterday injured 13 people and caused an environmental alarm in the city of Mannheim, police said. A pre dawn explosion at a Weyl Chemie plant in BadenWuerttemberg state released a poisonous zinc compound that, caused skin and eye irritation for eight workers at a neighbouring company.
