Infrastructure operator NTR has announced a new initiative to improve visibility and transparency in the trading of the company's shares.

Davy Stockbrokers, the company's lead broker, and other leading Dublin brokers Goodbodys and NCB, create a grey market for NTR shares.

NTR's share price and dealing details will be published on its website - www.ntr.ie.

In addition, analysts at Goodbody's and NCB have initiated coverage of the company, and Davy Stockbrokers will continue its research of the company.

Research coverage is available through the company's brokers.

Mr Michael Walsh, NTR's finance director, said the increased equity research coverage and improved information on share trading activity will provide greater transparency to the market on both the company and the trading of its shares.

At its latest trade NTR was valued at €13.00 per share, valuing the company at €312 million.
