It might sound like a drag, but going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, even at the weekend, helps you fall asleep and stay asleep. And a better night’s sleep means better health, mood, weight control, memory and even a better sex life.

The National Sleep Foundation offers several tips to improve your sleep practices. Along with sticking to a sleep schedule, the tips include starting a relaxing routine before bed, avoiding naps and having a comfortable mattress and pillows.
