Most people have experienced a headache at one time or another. They can range in severity from annoying to debilitating.

Sitting at a computer all day, holding your neck in the same tight position can cause tension headaches. At the other end of the spectrum, migraines can cause severe pain, nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to light and sound.
