Arsenal striker Thierry Henry has been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association for his outburst against referee Graham Poll.

Henry threw a tantrum at the end of the Premiership clash with Newcastle at Highbury on December 18th, which the Gunners lost 3-1, and had to be restrained by team-mates and physio Gary Lewin.

Alan Shearer scored from the spot to give the Magpies the lead and Robert added another before the final whistle, when Henry sought to confront Poll.
