London - Moors murderer Myra Hindley yesterday asked the Court of Appeal to rule that the Home Secretary, Mr Jack Straw, had unlawfully condemned her to die in prison without any real hope of parole. She is fighting a test case which could also affect other notorious killers who have been told that, for them, a life sentence "means life".
