Two injured in light aircraft crash
Two men were injured when their light aircraft crashed in Co Wexford yesterday evening. The men were flying an Avid when it came down in a field near Leegane Foulkmills outside New Ross at 5.48pm.
One was knocked unconscious and taken to Waterford Regional Hospital with serious injuries. The other was taken to Wexford General Hospital.

One killed in car crash in Co Louth
A man died when his car crashed into a ditch in Co Louth on Saturday night.
The crash happened on the Drogheda to Ballymakenny Road, about five miles from Drogheda, at 10.30pm.
There were four people in the car - two men and two women - and all were taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.
Shortly after midnight one of the men, aged 20, died. The other three were being treated for injuries which are not life-threatening. No other vehicles were involved.
