Former Manchester United star George Best is back in hospital today recovering from an infection following his liver transplant operation.
Best (56) is being treated for a complication related to an infection, a spokesman for the Cromwell Hospital in London said.
His condition is improving and he is expected to stay at the hospital for several days.
Best had the liver transplant operation on July 29th.
