He then gave way to substitute Libor Sionko, who quickly put his mark on the match with a goal in the 63rd minute.
Rudolf Skacel made it 5-0 in the 82nd minute with his first international goal before Everton's Tomasz Radzinski grabbed a late consolation, slipping between two defenders then slotting the ball just inside the post.
