Israeli soldiers killed an alleged Palestinian fighter in the West Bank city of Nablus early today.
Soldiers surrounded a house in Nablus where several fighters were believed to have hidden during an arrest operation.
The Israelis shot and killed one of them when he attempted to escape the building, an army spokeswoman said.
