Republic of Ireland and Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Alan Kelly is set to be Glenn Hoddle’s latest acquisition to White Hart Lane.
Hoddle sees Kelly, who has been out of favour at Ewood Park for some time, as a replacement for the Ian Walker, who is set to move to Leicester in search of first team football.
Kelly will likely be numder two to Neil Sullivan who has cemented his place since joining from Wimbledon.
A source told the sports.comwebsite: "Alan is very excited at the prospect of working with Glenn Hoddle and playing for a club like Tottenham.
"He knows that they already have a great goalkeeper in the shape of Scottish international Neil Sullivan, but he will relish the challenge to establish himself at Tottenham."
The former Preston and Sheffield United keeper has 33 caps for the Republic but has only started 36 times for Blackburn.
