ANKARA - Kurdish separatist guerrillas in eastern Turkey are holding three foreign tourists, a Turkish security source said yesterday. The three foreigners - a Polish couple and an Iranian man - were driving near the village of Bilaloglu when they were stopped on Monday by armed Kurdistan Workers Party rebels, the source said.
