"The situation has simply been blown out of proportion. I spoke to her this morning ... she is her usual self, absolutely fine and happy as ever."
The 35-year-old singer was reported to have become concerned after letters were sent to her record company, EMI, and addresses near where she lives in Chelsea, west London.

One of the singer's management team went to Fulham police station in west London last week to report the harassment and ask for advice on how to deal with it.
n April last year Kylie revealed she had been stalked by a fan for five years, and said he had even managed to find out where she went shopping.
