Legal argument continued today in the trial of three young men accused of the murder of a 19-year-old Dublin man.
At the Central Criminal Court, Mr Justice Barry White asked the jury to return tomorrow when the defence are due to begin their case in the trial of Mr Brian Willoughby (24), Orwell Park, Templeogue, Mr Neal Barbour, (20), Domville Road, Templeogue and another teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
The three deny the murder of Mr Brian Mulvaney of Firhouse, Dublin on March 11th, 2000 at Templeogue.
Mr Mulvaney died in hospital following an assault in the Orwell estate where he'd been to a party in a friend's house.
