The jury in the trial of a Limerick man charged with the murder of another man in the city have been sent away until tomorrow while discussion of legal issues continues. Mr Anthony Broderick (22), of O'Malley Park, Limerick, has denied the murder of Mr James Doyle (49), also of O'Malley Park, in that area on September 3rd, 1995.

The trial opened at the Central Criminal Court on April 7th and legal discussion in the absence of the jury began last Thursday. It continued yesterday and the jury have been told to return until tomorrow when the trial will resume.
