Male biker dies in early morning Tallaght crash

A man in his 20s has died after his motorcycle crashed in Tallaght this morning.

The incident occurred on the Embankment Road (Catherine Tynan Road) at the slip road onto the M50 northbound at Junction 10 at about 6.30am.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene after the crash, in which only the motorcycle was involved. His remain have been removed to Tallaght Hospital.

The stretch of road was closed pending completion of an examination by Garda forensic collision investigators.
