London - Detectives investigating the deaths of a young couple in a suspected "road rage" incident last night charged a 32-year-old man with manslaughter. Mr Jason Humble was charged in connection with the deaths of Mr Toby Exley and Ms Karen Martin and will appear before Feltham magistrates in west London today, police said.

A second man, a motor trader, Mr Keith Collier (49), who lives at the same address in Fernhill Road, Cove, near Farnborough, Hants, will appear before the same court charged with assisting an offender.

Mr Exley (22) and his 20-year-old girlfriend died when their Ford Fiesta crossed the central reservation of a dual carriageway and was hit when it went into the path of an oncoming car on October 6th. It is believed their Fiesta may have been rammed from behind by the driver of a car following them on the A316 road in Hanworth, west London.
