A Roscommon man has appeared in court charged with the unlawful killing of his parents and his brother at their home last year.
Mr Enda Spellman (38) appeared at Roscommon District Court on charges of unlawful killing of his father, John Joe Spellman (83), his mother, Mary Kate (81) and his brother, John Joseph Junior (44) on September 2nd, 2000.
He is also charged with criminal damage to his parents' home at Toberrory and damaging the dwelling house by fire with intent to endanger life. Mr Brian Neilan, State Solicitor, sought a remand in custody to Harristown Court at Castlerea, Co Roscommon, next Friday.
