The Office of the Garda Ombudsman is investigating the death of a man who was taken ill during a Garda raid on a house in Cork last night.
The man (22) was in a house that in Gurranabraher that was searched last night when he had to be taken to the city's University Hospital.
A Garda statement said the man was taken to hospital after he "became ill" and that he died later.
Officers were searching the house at about 7.30pm under a warrant, according to a Garda statement.
